Abstract

A high prevalence of mental disorders occurred in health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic, one of which was burnout. Burnout is evidence of failure of a person's adaptation on a prolonged and repeated basis to exposure to work stress. The implementation of the training program (online education) is attended by nurses, especially those who experience conditions of job stress, depression, burnout and various negative impacts both physical and psychological/emotional. The implementation of this online/online-based education program is carried out in collaboration with referral hospital partners who are the target of the program. Implementation of activities includes preparation, implementation and evaluation. The implementation of training activities can proceed according to the planned stages. Based on the results of this community service activity, it is known that almost all participants experienced burnout during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this community service activity an agreement was produced based on experience and suggestions for solutions to dealing with burnout, namely through personal means by finding or repairing the right coping mechanisms, handling organizationally and a combination of the two. To get more information about burnout among nurses, it is necessary to bring in nurses from several other hospitals.
