The Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) approach is an important innovation in early childhood education, integrating NLP principles to improve teacher effectiveness. This service aims to provide an in-depth understanding of NLP concepts that link language, mindset, and behavior in learning. The training provided involves NLP techniques to improve teachers' communication skills, including organization of words, tone of voice, and body language for more effective communication with children. Service methods include hands-on training for teachers to identify students' individual learning styles, allowing for customization of teaching methods to each child's specific needs. The training also emphasizes efficient classroom management strategies, such as creating a positive learning environment, motivating students, and managing conflict constructively. In addition, teachers are trained to improve their empathy skills, so that they are better able to understand and respond to the emotional and psychological needs of young children. The results of the service show that teachers who use NLP techniques in their teaching are able to create a more inclusive and supportive learning environment. The use of technology with NLP features also helps in the teaching and evaluation process. In conclusion, the training was successful in expanding the skills and knowledge of early childhood teachers, enabling them to create learning environments that are more empowering and supportive of optimal early childhood development.
