The focus of this research is directed toward mapping teachers’ digital competencies, identifying challenges in technology-based learning, and determining relevant training needs to support the implementation of differentiated learning and formative assessment. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach designed to gain an in-depth understanding of the real context and conditions of PAI learning practices at SMPIT Al Mumtaz. Data were collected through several techniques, including in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, direct classroom observations, and analysis of learning documents and teaching materials used by the teachers. The findings reveal that the digital competence of PAI teachers remains at a basic to intermediate level, particularly in the use of digital evaluation applications and interactive learning media. Teachers also face difficulties in designing teaching modules and learning activities aligned with the principles of the Kurikulum Merdeka, especially regarding differentiated instruction and technology-based authentic assessment. The needs analysis indicates that teachers require comprehensive digital training, including mastery of technological tools, the design of digital teaching materials, and the development of technology-based pedagogical competence. In the modern context, two widely discussed leadership models are Transformational Leadership and Servant Leadership. Both models have values that are in line with the principles of leadership in Islam as taught in the Qur'an and exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to analyse the relationship between these two concepts and the verses of the Qur'an that emphasise the values of compassion, justice, exemplary behaviour, deliberation, and social responsibility. The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership is reflected in the visionary and inspirational leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), which transformed society for the better (QS. Al-Imran [3]:159; QS. Al-Anbiya [21]:107), while Servant Leadership is reflected in his humble attitude, serving the people, and upholding justice (QS. Al-Furqan [25]:63; QS. Al-Ma'idah [5]:8). Professional zakat, as a relatively new Islamic financial instrument, has given rise to significant differences of opinion among modern fukaha regarding the determination of haul and nisab as well as the method of zakat expenditure. A comprehensive understanding of these varying views is necessary to formulate effective zakat policies that are relevant to the dynamics of the modern economy, where the majority of income comes from monthly salaries or professional services. The research method used is quantitative with a literature study type that focuses on the collection, analysis, and synthesis of secondary data sourced from the works of leading contemporary scholars, scientific journals, fatwas from international fiqh institutions, and books discussing professional zakat. Qualitative data in the form of these legal views were systematically processed to compare the criteria for determining zakat obligations, such as the view that requires haul against the view that requires zakat immediately when income is received. The results and discussion show that there are two main schools of thought regarding the requirements for professional zakat: the mu'asirah view, which strictly applies the requirements of haul and nisab, and the tajdidi view, which requires zakat to be paid immediately after income is received, using the nisab of savings or gold/silver. The implications of this difference are enormous for socioeconomic development. The application of the tajdidi view has the potential to significantly increase the potential for zakat collection, which can then be allocated to poverty alleviation, education, and economic empowerment programs. Parents play a strategic role as primary educators, role models, and facilitators of children’s development. However, rapid social change, digital transformation, and increasing educational demands require parents to continuously update their knowledge, skills, and parenting practices. This literature review examines parents as lifelong learners in shaping high-quality human resources toward Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045. Drawing on international scholarly publications related to parental involvement, family learning, lifelong learning, and human capital development, the findings show that learning-oriented parents create supportive home learning environments, foster children’s cognitive and socio-emotional development, and strengthen character education. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa informasi mengenai konflik perceraian public figure yang disajikan secara berlebihan menciptakan konstruksi sosial baru yang membuat sebagian Generasi Z memandang pernikahan sebagai hubungan yang rentan dan berisiko. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya sikap skeptis, kecemasan, dan kecenderungan untuk menunda pernikahan. Dari sudut pandang Pendidikan Agama Islam, ditemukan bahwa perlunya penguatan pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai sacral pernikahan, komitmen, serta literasi media agar generasi muda tidak menjadikan media sosial sebagai satu-satunya acuan dalam membentuk persepsi. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI yang mengintegrasikan model PBL dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, dan sikap kritis peserta didik. Melalui penerapan pembelajaran berbasis masalah, siswa didorong untuk aktif menganalisis permasalahan nyata yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan perspektif ajaran Islam, sehingga pembelajaran tidak hanya berorientasi pada aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mampu membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang mencerminkan karakter Islami. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena mampu memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap fenomena pembelajaran yang terjadi secara alami di lingkungan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan guru dan pihak terkait, observasi terhadap proses pembelajaran di kelas, serta dokumentasi berupa perangkat pembelajaran dan data pendukung lainnya. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara sistematis untuk menemukan pola, makna, dan keterkaitan antar data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan sikap tanggung jawab siswa, serta menumbuhkan karakter religius melalui pemecahan masalah kontekstual yang relevan dengan kehidupan nyata. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kesiapan guru dan siswa, pengelolaan waktu, penilaian karakter, serta keterbatasan sarana pembelajaran.
